Due to the high cost of shipping to the west coast, the price to ship to WA, OR, CA, ID, and UT will be higher than the listed price, unless shipping in a flat rate USPS package. If you are outside these areas, we are willing to ship to you, and will charge the shipping cost, plus signature, insurance, and supplies to ship to a US address of your choice. To serve our military, we are willing to ship only to family members within the states, and these arrangements must be agreed on before the sale. Returns All Items are described to the best of our ability, and because of the nature of a minority of ebay users, we do inspect even our new items to insure quality to the best of our ability, hence, every box has been opened. In the case of a seller error, we will refund you if there is a mistake on our part. If there was damage to product while shipped you need to contact us and send us a picture(s) of the damage.
