This is my "Altered Moments" tribute to our Vice President Kamala HarrisThis piece of art started with a vintage Precious Moments figurine titled "Sharing is Universal", then I transformed it into an altered art piece by adding air-dry clay, acrylic paint, vinyl decals, and decals. The entire piece has been sealed with a clear, satin-finish varnish (except skin, which has a matte-finish varnish)This piece now depicts Kamala Harris standing at a podium with a microphone and signing a paper, with a "Harris for President" campaign sign on the front.
